Who am I?
Well, let’s start with the basics shall we? My name is Catharina. I’m 31 years old and currently based in Stockholm, Sweden. I’m originally from a small town in the south of Sweden where I spent my entire childhood and where the majority of my family still lives.
I started travelling solo at the age of 19 and have, since then, moved 17 times, travelled semi-extensively, worked almost non-stop, studied full time for several years and graduated with both a bachelors in Global Studies and a masters in Communication. I currently work as a project manager for one organisation, a digital communicator for another and as a freelance content creator on the side just for fun.
Coming up
In a perfect world I would be writing this with my bags packed, drinking overpriced coffee and telling you all about my next adventure. Covid, however, had me make other types of choices for a while and I now find myself committed to work that requires me to be stationary here for now.
The plans for this site
On this rather crude website you’ll simply find my attempts at learning more. It’s a personal playground and the only (current) reason for this site’s existence is my own self development. With that said I will also include some of my portfolio-work and more travel-related content.
